Mind Stopped by Transmission "I tend to be wary of teachers/gurus...etc. I am familiar with
transmission from Buddhist masters to their students, but I thought
that years of training was necessary for the student to receive the
transmission. I know of no other teachers, other than yourself, who
so vocally claim to do so."
Hi A…, Thank you for your email. There is interest in me going to California. I reckon the time will come. Where abouts are you? I am equally surprised to find myself having this Transmission ability. I wasn't even aware of it at first. Now it's clear that it's Transmission that does most of the Inner Work, sort of stops the mind, and I just say "Hey look at what's just happened" to which the other person just looks amazed, eye-wide open, slack jaw...it's fun. It happens all the time. I'm not a great Lama - well no-one has declared me one! Though, my Tai-Chi teacher was an Aikido buddy of Steven Seagal in Japan, when Steve was unknown - maybe that's where it all comes from. Steve is a tulku (reincarnation) of Chungdrag Dorje. I'm only speculating! I don't care much to be a Lama. The food is better elsewhere even in London. Though Tibetan dumplings are nice. :) Anyway, how's all this for a first reply? I don't reply much to first time enquirers. We get so many e-mails - something about yours must have energetically recommended itself. love Oshana [Source: Oshana Mailing List] |
