The Energetics of Food OverviewDiet is concerned with all energetic substances which are encountered and absorbed into the human being via the various bodies (physical, mental, emotional, etc). Food diets have been abused and misunderstood for thousands of years and especially today. Consider the process of eating to be, primarily, about deriving pure energies, and secondarily about nutrition. Wise eating practice considers the energetic characteristics and environmental history of each individual food from pre-conception, growth, harvesting, selling, culinary preparation and digestion. Pure foods are those that have been grown with love and respect, and are free from contamination by pollution, adulteration and selfishness. Choose and prepare the purest foods with great love and respect. Eat your food in a clean and peaceful environment. General Food InformationBelow is some general information about choosing, preparing and combining foods. Take some time to familiarise yourself with it.
