Enlightenment Intensives

A chance to go deeper into yourself, understand the Enlightenment Teaching, find out who you are, how you will live, and more consciously experience the benefits of the Enlightenment Transmission.

Enlightenment Intensives are always a mystery, but contain those vital elements that make the Oshana Teaching uniquely real, accessible and alive. These include:

- self-enquiry dialogues with Oshana
- fun awareness experiments
- deep inner journeys
- diet and lifestyle advice
- Oshana Energy-Work Method warm-ups
- profound and personal insights
- fully recognising what it is to seek and to find enlightenment

Enlightenment Intensives are open only to those who have met Oshana, and have an understanding of the Teaching. In rare cases, overseas students may apply for Intensives in advance. Pre-intensive preparation is sometimes requested of applicants.

Oshana Enlightenment Intensives are very intensive and offer plenty of contact time. The hourly daily teaching average for an Intensive is generally between 6 - 10 hours, and 12 hours on a residential intensive. This figure is for teaching time. Food and rest break time have not been included. The high daily hourly teaching time average reflects on how seriously Oshana and Enlightenment Potentials regard the enlightenment teaching. It can be confidently said that no other spiritual teacher in the West gives as much as Oshana.

Attendance of one or more Oshana Enlightenment Introductions is a typical entrance requirement for Oshana Enlightenment Intensives.
